I think their website would be the best part for them to market their personalized donuts as it their target market lies within the range of the people who have no problem with navigating through a website and placing their orders through the website so long as they feel satisfied with what is displayed on the website. It is also the best as they do not have to keep on calling customer service as they can choose every detail of the donut they want from the website and place their orders without wasting much time as these targeted customers are always in a hurry of doing something else. I think it would also important as the customers can easily give their reviews which could help the company improve their performances as well as help them get more customers if their reviews are good. I also think it is customer friendly as it lets them see their order progress.
The next channel of choice is social media. As in the description, one of its big target markets are those people who are always online whether on twitter, Instagram, or Facebook and hence them advertising their products in these platforms will give them a very big customer base. In here customers can easily get to see a variety of products offered, what the brand has done before and make their decision based on the page outlay. They can also easily give their reviews about the products as well as easily place their orders. The number of customers reached through these platforms is big and can easily improve the customer base of the shop.
