Microsoft Teams – Team communication

 Microsoft teams unifies chat, voice, video and file sharing. It’s designed to be used by local, remote and distributed work groups anyone in any company. Teams is going to offer both one-on-one chats and group chats. Both types are persistent, so we do not need to search conversation histories. We also share files directly through chat sessions and video conferencing.

Google Drive– Document Sharing

Since we are all familiar with google drive, we are going to use it for the purpose of document sharing because it will not take us time training for that. It is also good for this project because the file syncing of data is automatic with all devices linked to the account, and changes are saved automatically. Documents, images, spreadsheets and more can be organized easily, but even if you have trouble finding a file, the integrated search feature that Google is known for will assist. It is also cost effective.

Bitbucket – Version Control

 Bitbucket will offer us a central space to manage git repositories. it allows us to access source codes and also guide us through the development flow. It is going to be very useful for our collaborative needs as it will enable us to review code with full notification requests. This tool will allow us to have discussions as coders in the source code with inline comments. It will also offers a multi deployment option as it can be hosted in the cloud.

Figma -prototyping

Figma will help us as a team to create, test, and ship better designs from beginning to finish. It is packed with lovely design features and unique inventions like the Arc tool and Vector Networks therefore will helps us keep the ideas flowing. We do not need to stop to install, save, or export and it brings ideas to life faster in animated prototypes that feel like the real thing. We can also get insights from users and test concepts earlier and more often. we can share a link to your design files or prototypes, and get feedback in context or handle the same file as a team.

TimeSheet – Time tracking

Timesheet will allow us not only to track time, but prescribe time in terms of scheduling and shift assigning. Therefore we will be able to schedule the tasks to the responsible person for a specific task at the right time. we can also compare budgeted to actual hours on projects and tasks to be able to be within the project timeline.

Trello – Project Management

Trello is has simple interface and has generous free tier makes it the ideal for us to get started with project management. We can also manage both individual projects and ongoing workflows equally well. Another reason for choosing Trello is because its unlimited storage is restricted to 10 megabytes per file and is cost friendly as its paid plans starts at $10 per month, with few or no limitations.

google pagespeed insights– Page testing

 It’s a simple tool created by Google that benchmarks website pages and grades them on a scale of 1 to 100 and the higher the number, the faster the website is. The UI is quite easy as it only requires one input field for the URL. Once the test is run you’ll get detailed information about things like render-blocking code, TTFB, page sizes, and more. Under each section, we’ll get a list of recommended paths of action that should help speed up the website. it is also cost friendly as it is completely free

The only problem is that we cant customize to our needs but we can run with it for this project

Brand24’s – Digital Marketing Analytics

Brand24 will help us tracks our brand mentions across social, news, blogs, videos, forums, podcasts, reviews, and more. It will also help us to analyze the quality and quantity of discussion about your brand while helping you gain insights about your customers. I think we should choose it as it also offers influencer analytics, which helps us pick the right influencers who can engage with our customers most effectively.
